Enrollment Specialist - 100% Remote - Anywhere USA (Full or Part Time)
In partnership with this tech-enabled solution that empowers caregivers to manage dementia, we are excited to help them build their team! They are growing rapidly and need multiple Enrollment Specialists to join their team.
About this role
Dementia caregivers are often stressed, isolated, and under-supported. The client's program offers these families a personalized, tablet-based coaching solution that helps them build the confidence and skills they need.
You will be the first voice they hear – a lifeline that opens the door to transformative support.
What You’ll Do
-Make outbound calls to eligible family caregivers (they provide the leads)
-Use your communication skills to explain the client's free caregiver support program
-Listen with empathy, identify caregiver needs, and guide them toward enrollment
-Track your outreach efforts in our CRM system (we’ll train you)
-Collaborate with the client's coaching and engagement team as needed
-Provide feedback on what’s working and how they can improve
-Stay compliant with all HIPAA and privacy regulations
This position will play a central role in their growth as you cold call a set list of potential users and act as the first voice struggling and tired caregivers hear. They have significant traction – now it's time to scale and they could not be more excited to grow the team!

Who we need:
Resilient SDR-style cold callers with strong personal connection to dementia and/or caregiving.
What we care about the most:
-Demonstrated empathy to the user (prior healthcare experience, family members with dementia etc.)
-Resilience to keep cold calling and persuasiveness to sign people up over the phone
-Genuine people that can seamlessly slot into the great culture here
What we do not need:
-Inability to follow through and move projects along despite rejections
-No connection to the space and interest in what we are building
-Poor personality traits for cold calling and lack of empathy to the user
Criteria
-0 - 50 years of experience cold calling and with some connection to dementia and/or caregiving
-Must Have - Previous experience cold calling and being persuasive over the phone
-Prior healthcare industry experience (particularly Alzheimer's disease) preferred
-Must Have - High patience and experience with Medicare and/or senior populations
-Strong resilience to keep calling and moving projects forward despite rejections
-Strong personal connection to dementia and/or caregiving –demonstrated empathy to the user and highly mission driven is a hard non-starter
