Senior Development Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and developing next-gen tires for top OEMs.
• Tweaking and enhancing existing designs to perfection.
• Running test plans, crunching tire data, and making game-changing recommendations.
• Collaborating with a global team of engineering rockstars to create the best tires on the road.
• Traveling to plants to see your designs come to life.
• Leading tire development programs with minimal supervision (aka, we trust you to be awesome).

What They're Looking For:

• 7+ years of tire development experience (OE or advanced tire manufacturing).
• Pro at CATIA V5 & Tire FEA (bonus points if you love data-driven decisions!).
• Deep knowledge of tire construction, tread pattern design & mold profile optimization.
• Strong collaboration skills—this isn’t a one-person pit stop!
• Ability to own projects from start to finish and drive innovation.
• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
