Senior Manager, Technical Accounting | Remote

Join a leading $1.5B+ public fintech company as its subject-matter expert on complex and emerging accounting matters. You’ll research and document positions under US GAAP, support SEC reporting, and partner with senior leaders across Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and the broader business.

What You’ll Own

• Technical accounting analysis and memos covering revenue, leases, stock-based compensation, EPS, debt, equity, investments, and business combinations
• Evaluation and implementation of new accounting standards and SEC guidance
• Support for Form 10-Q and 10-K workpapers and disclosures
• Accounting policies, chart-of-accounts reviews, and key SOX controls
• Cross-functional guidance on new transactions and strategic initiatives
• Coordination with external auditors and maintenance of audit-ready documentation

Required Experience

• Active CPA and bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive technical accounting experience
• Significant Big 4 or comparable public accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX controls
• Public company experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to write clear, well-supported technical accounting memos

Fintech or SaaS experience and familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, or Workiva are a plus!
