What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all financial management functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.
• Manage investments, cash forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting with precision.
• Lead the Finance Department, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements, audits, and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain systems and controls to safeguard financial integrity and enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate reimbursement methodologies, advising on financial strategies and rate structures.
• Stay ahead of regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all billing, financial, and reporting standards.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred).
• CPA certification is a plus!
• 5+ years of experience in a for-profit hospital, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.

• Expertise in financial planning, audits, compliance, and cash management.
