What You’ll Be Doing

• Municipal Engineering Leadership – Grow and lead our Municipal Engineering Department, leveraging our strong relationships with local communities where we serve as Building Officials
• Project Management – Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and up to the highest standards
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations
• Collaboration & Client Growth – Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams to develop strong municipal partnerships and drive business growth
• Community Engagement – Attend local city council meetings, advocate for project initiatives, and represent the company as a trusted municipal expert

What You Bring to the Table

• Extensive Civil Engineering & Municipal Experience – Background in municipal design, land development, infrastructure, and city engineering
• Project Leadership – Strong experience managing large-scale municipal projects from planning to execution
• Excellent Communication & Teamwork – Ability to work cross-functionally, lead teams, and collaborate with city officials and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Engineering Software – Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS is preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) License – Must be able to obtain licensure in MN
• Must reside near or be able to relocate to Rochester, MN (relocation assistance provided!)
