What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead with Vision: Guide and grow a team of project managers, ensuring every project hits deadlines, budgets, and success metrics with precision.
- Own the Project Lifecycle: From blueprint to grand opening, you’ll oversee every phase—planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Be the Glue: Build rock-solid relationships with clients and subcontractors, keeping communication clear, contracts on point, and issues resolved.
- Drive Financial Success: Analyze budgets, contribute to cost estimates, and lead project recovery plans like a pro when things get bumpy.
- Align and Execute: Ensure project documentation, procurement, engineering, and commissioning all line up with our high standards—and our client’s expectations.
What You Bring to the Team:
- A proven track record leading complex construction projects—especially ones with MEP systems and active-site renovations (think: "work in progress" zones)
- A passion for safety, compliance, and seamless coordination across teams
- Expert-level skills in forecasting, scheduling, documentation, and financial systems
- Excellent leadership and communication - you can talk shop with engineers and explain it all clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- You’re a whiz with tools like MS Office Suite, Adobe, Visio, and project scheduling/estimating software
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on functional experience in construction project management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management abilities
