Manager, Leave & Accommodations – Make an Impact at a Global Law Firm!

The client, a prestigious global law firm, is looking for a Manager, Leave & Accommodations to lead their policies and programs across multiple regions. This high-impact role reports to the Director of Talent Management and is key to ensuring employees receive the support they need while keeping the firm compliant and ahead of industry best practices.


What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the go-to expert on global leave policies, accommodations, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement leave & accommodation policies, workers’ comp strategies, and key benefits initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, and other employment laws.
  • Manage workers' compensation claims and collaborate with legal counsel as needed.
  • Oversee payroll processes and documentation for employees on leave.
  • Partner with teams on ergonomic assessments & ADA accommodations to create a more inclusive workplace.
  • Identify process improvements that drive efficiency and align with business goals.


What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in leave administration (Required).
  • 3+ years in a supervisory role & experience in a legal/professional services environment (Preferred).
  • Expert knowledge of employment laws related to leave, accommodations, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration & payroll systems (Workday & ADP Vantage preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Industry certifications are a plus!).
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and discretion.
